LTR ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the LTR mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details (name, email address, age, gender)
• Profile information (photos, biography, interests)
• Messages and other content you send through the Service
• Payment and subscription information (processed securely by Apple; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications you send to our support team

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, screens viewed, time spent in the app)
• Log data (IP address, access times, crash reports)
• Location data (general location, if you grant permission, to show relevant matches)
• Push notification tokens (to deliver messages and alerts)

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Match you with other users based on your preferences and profile

• With other users: Your profile information (name, age, photos, bio, interests) is visible to other users of the Service as part of the matching experience.
• Service providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Apple Inc.: Subscription and payment data is handled by Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs that data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LTR, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

LTR is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.
